When you buy a product, you get a licence to use it. You don't buy the product itself. Each purchase has its own purchase code, which activates the product on your site.

Regular licence
Use the product on one live website at a time, for yourself or for one client. To move it, remove it from the old site first, then activate it on the new one. It can't be used for SaaS or subscription services.
Extended licence
Use the product on as many of your or your clients' websites as you need, including SaaS and Superadmin installations where you charge customers for using it. You still can't sell or distribute the product itself.
Exclusive licence
Full or exclusive rights are not sold through this store. They are only available by separate written agreement. Contact us to discuss this.
Bundles
Each module in a bundle has its own licence and purchase code. If you refund one module, only that module's licence stops.
Activation and licence checks
Modules activate with your purchase code and check it with our licence server from time to time. This sends your purchase code and website address. Modules stop working if the licence has been refunded, a payment was reversed, or the licence limit has been exceeded. Don't remove or bypass these checks.
Changing a product
You may modify a product for your own licensed use. Your licence still applies to the modified version, and we can't support code that has been changed.
Copyright
Our products and their content are protected by copyright and international treaties. All rights not granted in this licence are reserved. Ultimate POS and other third-party names belong to their owners, and we are not affiliated with them.
Demo content
Text, images and data on demo sites only show how a product works. They aren't included for use on live websites.
No other warranty
Our 7-day install guarantee and the limits in our Terms and Conditions apply to all licences. We can't promise compatibility with every server, browser or third-party extension, so please test the demo on your target device before buying where one is available.
