To add the Service Charge Product

Go to Products Variants, Open the Product variant. Set “Is Repair Service Product” field.

Set Products as the Vehicle

Go to Product Categories, Open the Category and Set the Boolean “Fleet Product category”. Now assign the Category to the Product which you want to show as the Suggested Products for that Category while Repair (e.g Bike Accessories,Car Accessories,..).

Set the Type of Vehicle and Repair Suggested Products

Go to Fleet –> Configuration –> Vehicle Types. Create the Type (e.g 2 Wheeler, 3 Wheeler), Select the Products which you want to Show for the 2 Wheeler (e.g bike). Add the category for the Vehicles, based on the Category the Suggested Products will be shown in Repair/Service Page. Only the Categories that have the Boolean “Fleet Category” marked as True will be taken.

Add New Vehicle and Edit the Details

In Website User will be able to fill Form and register a New Vehicle by filling all the required details.Once he register a new vehicle he will be redirected to a screen where he can add the vehicle repair details and on confirming the Price the user will get an email for his Repair Order. User can also view the Details in the Portal under “My Account”. All the Registered Vehicles can be viewed in the Menu named “Registered vehicles”. The user can also add new service for the same Vehicle.

Note : For Portal User only the Products that are Published can be visible in Website.
